We do our best to ensure that shipping is accurately calculated in your shopping cart at the time of purchase, however, it may not be possible to do so accurately (e.g. rural delivery locations, oversize or overweight items, shipments with multiple cartons or pallets, etc.).
If an additional shipping charge is necessary, here is what you can expect:
- We will always contact you by phone and/or email to inform you of the charge
- We will never automatically charge your credit card for shipping
- You will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the additional shipping cost
- You will have the option to arrange your own shipping carrier to pick up the order from our warehouse, and in this case we will refund any shipping charges paid at checkout.
